Located in Greene, New York, this program provides an experiential, non-traditional way of working with children. The program utilizes the beauty and adventure of the great outdoors as a back drop and catalyst to promote growth of character and learning of trust and confidence. The heart of the program is the challenge ropes course. The process of meeting and overcoming these progressive challenges serves as a powerful opportunity for group interaction and personal growth.

Participants gain self confidence, self esteem, personal insight and satisfaction, an appreciation of nature and develop leadership skills.
At the Wilderness Adventure Program, individuals will meet challenges, take risks, reach goals, solve problems and trust other.

Teams of individuals can improve trust, cooperation, communication, learn to support each other, be creative, and be more productive.
Together teams work on problem solving, goal setting, and risk taking. They celebrate success and reduce stress.

The course provides an exciting, inspirational, yet safe learning experience which parallels traditional team building and in-service training. The staff are experienced and professionally trained in group dynamics and experiential learning.

In addition to the ropes course, our facility includes a picnic area, ballfield, volleyball pit, camping huts, nature trails and a program support building.ￂﾠ

The Wilderness Adventure Program is open to community, civic and corporate groups.ￂﾠ Our staff will design, facilitate and guide your group through various activities which are tailored and planned to your specific needs.
