The Children's Home Residential Treatment Facility, Inc. (CH R.T.F., Inc.) is a sister agency to the Children's Home. The CH R.T.F. provides care and treatment for seriously emotionally challenged children and adolescents.ￂﾠ It is a co-ed, twenty-four hour a day supervised residence.

Through structured residential programming including psychiatric, clinical, medical, educational, spiritual and therapeutic recreational services, children and families are assisted in meeting the challenges in their lives, and in attaining the skills necessary to bring about change.

Referrals for admission to The Children's Home R.T.F. may be generated from schools, families or community agencies and programs.

Referrals must be submitted through the Central New York Regional Pre-Admission Certification Committee for certification for R.T.F. placement.ﾠ Referral questions may be directed to: Central New York Regional Case Manager c/o Hutchings Psychiatric Center at (315) 472-2093.
