Children's Home Preventive Services

The Children's Home Preventive Services (CHPS) provides family-focused, child-centered preventive services for families referred from the Broome County Department of Social Services.

Direct services include home visiting, counseling and case planning.

Services include, but are not limited to, parent skills training; parent coaching, teaching and support; relationship building; advocacy and building self-sufficiency skills.
